Join us for the 18th Annual KAT-Walk & 14th Annual Karo-5K for Brain Aneurysm Awareness on Sunday, September 20, 2026, in beautiful Portland, Cumberland. This uplifting event will take place at Payson Park, featuring a stunning route along the ocean-side Back Cove Boulevard. Participants can lace up their walking and running shoes to take part in the Karo-5K race kicking off at 11:00 AM, followed by the KAT-Walk.
The day begins with on-site registration and exciting family activities from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, including awareness information, face painting for kids, and the presentation of scholarship and research awards at 10:20 AM. This special gathering is not only a chance to honor loved ones affected by brain aneurysms but also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families and share support. September is Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month, and together, we can make a difference. Don’t miss this chance to participate in a meaningful event that aims to save lives while celebrating those we cherish!

10:20 - OPENING AND PRESENTATION OF SCHOLARSHIP AND RESEARCH AWARDS.
