The Keller Williams Social Equity Task Force (Social Equity Real Estate Mentor and Career Program) is a
charitable organization with a mission to close the demographic gaps among real estate agents and
homeowners. To make the real estate industry more equitable for all Americans, this program helps
shut the door on barriers faced by people of color from marginalized communities, offering an
opportunity for everyone to realize their dream.
The program helps minorities who have been culturally, economically, and systematically
disenfranchised create wealth through real estate by providing these individuals with the training,
mentoring and financial support needed to LEARN, GROW, EXCEL and GIVEBACK.
The Social Equity Real Estate Mentor and Career Program aims to create an industry closer to the ethnic
make-up of America. By implementing a program in every state across the country, the program closes
the gaps that deprive historically marginalized communities of economically disadvantaged communities
of establishing a life worth living and a legacy worth leaving.
The Keller Williams Social Equity Task Force depends on the generosity and contributions of volunteers
and community members. The Task Force is able to operate due to the kindness and spirit of service or
our community members.
