Participants can look forward to awards in various categories, including overall and masters, as well as unique divisions for strollers and our four-legged friends! Gather your team, compete for the biggest group, and help raise donations for a great cause. Don't miss your chance to make a meaningful impact while having a blast! Free parking is available, and the festivities kick off at 7:00 AM with packet pickup. Let's come together for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit!
Organiser's Description
Come run, walk, or cheer with us at Gainesvilles downtown Midland Greenway as we launch Anawezas first annual community 5K benefiting Anaweza Kenya, an organization working to make healthcare and education accessible to underserved communities in rural Kisumu County, Kenya.
5K RUN/WALK (ALL AGES & ABILITIES WELCOME!)
The 5K course is open to participants of all experience levels. Awards will be presented three deep in:

A STROLLER DIVISION AWARD
A FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND DIVISION (starts at 8:05 AM), with a prize for the first dog-and-owner team to cross the finish line
