Welcome to the Killeenest Alumni Chapter Men's Health Challenge!

Remember:

This is your challenge. Your goal is to push yourself beyond yesterdays limitsone step, one rep, one challenge at a time. This 31-day challenge will help you stay accountable, get stronger, and achieve your goals.

The Rules of Engagement

1. SIGN UP & SHOW UP - Register on RunSignUp before June 30, 2025.

2. MOVE EVERY DAY - Every single day from June 30, 2025 July 31, 2025, you must complete a minimum of:
2,000 additional steps, or walk, or bike, or run, or 200-meter swim.

3. LOG YOUR PROGRESS - Log your daily activity on RunSignUp to stay accountable.

4. JOURNAL YOUR JOURNEY - Each day, write a short journal entry on RunSignUp capturing:
_YOUR CHALLENGES_ (What tested you today?)
_HUNTING THE GOOD STUFF_ (What went well today?)
