Are you ready for the pain!?!
For 3 hours you have to run up Cardiac, through Picnic, and up Snake, a 1 mile loop. The King and Queen of the hill will be the participants who cover the most distance during the 3 hours.
We are limiting the field to 32 Males and 32 Females
