THE KISKI AREA SHAMROCK RUN 5K RACE IS A COMMUNITY EVENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TO ENJOY IN CELEBRATION OF ST. PATRICK'S DAY. THE RACE WILL TAKE PLACE ON MARCH 14, 2026, AND IS A BENEFIT RACE/WALK TO SUPPORT THE KISKI AREA JUNIOR VARSITY AND VARSITY TRACK AND FIELD TEAMS. THIS IS THE 8TH YEAR FOR THE EVENT, AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO MAKE IT OUR ANNUAL GREEN TRADITION!
THE ON-SITE 5K RACE IS FOR THE SERIOUS OR CASUAL RUNNERS OR WALKERS OF ALL AGES. THE 5K RACE WILL BE DIGITALLY TIMED BY MILES FOR SMILES. THE RACE BEGINS AT 10 AM. THE 5K CERTIFIED COURSE IS AN OUT AND BACK LOOP ON A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY ROAD WITH SLIGHT ELEVATIONS. RACE STARTS AND ENDS IN KUNKLE PARK. TO GET AN EVENT T-SHIRT YOU MUST REGISTER BY MARCH 1ST!
THE VIRTUAL 5K RACE IS FOR EVERYONE, ANYWHERE! THIS EVENT WILL BE SELF TIMED, AND NO RACE AWARDS GIVEN FOR VIRTUAL EVENT.
