Koinonia 5K

Celebrate the beginning of summer! Celebrate 61 years of Koinonia ministry! Run, walk, or stroll! 
All people and activity levels welcome!
This race supports the local community by providing funding for Koinonias 10 week summer Nature Day Camp.  Funded items include:
Camp ScholarshipsYouth Scholarships for other Koinonia programsOperational funds to support day camp activities and staffing
This event is a 5K Run/Walk and back again this year a Kids 1 mile Fun Run!  The route will take you through beautiful Koinonia on the camp road.  A copy of the course will be provided ahead of the race.
 
Race registrations include:
5K or 1 mi professionally timed raceGive awayAll day access to Koinonias hiking trails, boating, fishing areas and more  Photos of racers can be obtained on the race website following the event
For the 3rd year in a row, race timing provided by Catskills Timing!
Awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the 5K race with Koinonia medals going to the top 3 men and top 3 women.  All kids 10 and under will receive a participation award.
 
Virtual Option

Fundraising
Register to fundraise for Koinonia individually or as a group.  Not a runner?  Support one of the fundraising teams through a generous donation. Your donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. The top event fundraiser will be awarded a special Koinonia prize basket!
