ALL PEOPLE AND ACTIVITY LEVELS WELCOME!
This race supports the local community by providing funding for Koinonia's 9 week summer Nature Day Camp. Funded items include:
* Camp Scholarships
* Youth Scholarships for other Koinonia programs
* Operational funds to support day camp activities and staffing
This event is a 5K Run/Walk and BACK AGAIN this year a Kid's 1 mile Fun Run! The route will take you through beautiful Koinonia on the camp road. A copy of the course will be provided ahead of the race.
RACE REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:
* 5K or 1 mi professionally timed race
* New Koinonia 5K logo tshirt
* ALL DAY ACCESS to Koinonia's hiking trails, boating, fishing areas and more
* Photos of racers can be obtained on the race website following the event
For the 4th year in a row, race timing provided by Catskills Timing [https://catskillstiming.com/]!
Awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the 5K race with Koinonia medals going to the top 3 men and top 3 women. All kids 10 and under will receive a participation award.
