Join the Falls Road Running Store Ladies Night Track training group Wednesday evenings this spring and summer!
Each Wednesday, starting at 6:30 PM, from April 17 - June 26, the Falls Road Running Store will host a women's run training, specifically utilizing track workout sessions. Are you a former track star? Never run track? Played a different sport? Love the roads or trails? All runners welcome, if you consider yourself a walker that has some speed this is also for you!
When: Wednesday's, workout start at 6:30 PM from April 17 - June 26, 2024
Where: Loyola/Hopkins Track, 1101 E. 33rd St., Baltimore, MD 21218
Who: Ladies who want to learn, have fun, work hard, and train together! You! Coached by women coaches, certified though USATF and USTFCCCA, that have experience locally, nationally, and internationally. We meet you where you are at and will challenge you in a fun way to grown and improve your speed and athletic confidence.
What: each session will include a group warmup, drill instruction, track workout, with mobility and strength add-ons
Once you register you'll receive an additional link to complete a background form for training set up. Any questions can be emailed to frrstrack@gmail.com.
