Bring your own Ruck and weight of your choice. The term ruck comes from rucksack or backpack. Rucking involves participants carry varying amounts of weight in their pack (ex. water, sandbags or other weighted items) to increase the challenge and intensity of the activity. Participants choose your own pack and weight and join the team out on the 5k route. -
