Get ready for an exhilarating day of competition at the Las Olas / A1A Triathlon on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in the stunning city of Fort Lauderdale, Broward. This premier multisport event promises an unforgettable experience for athletes and spectators alike, featuring a variety of race distances to suit every competitor. Participants can choose from the Sprint Triathlon (0.25-mile swim, 10-mile bike, 3.1-mile run), Sprint Duathlon (1-mile run, 10-mile bike, 3.1-mile run), and Sprint Aquabike (0.25-mile swim, 10-mile bike). For those seeking a greater challenge, the Intermediate Triathlon (1K swim, 27K bike, 6.7K run) and Olympic Distance Triathlon (1.5K swim, 40K bike, 10K run) are also on the schedule, along with an Olympic Aquabike option.

Athletes will converge on Fort Lauderdale Beach for Floridas Premier Multisport experience, the Las Olas / A1A TRIATHLON! Proudly brought to you by Integrity Multisporttrade mark. When you race, be sure that you Race with Integritytrade mark.
Athletes will enjoy a warm salt water swim in full view of spectators. The bike course is set against Fort Lauderdales sandy beaches along A1A. The run consists of a scenic route along Fort Lauderdales beautiful beach boulevard. Spectators will have plenty of opportunity to cheer on athletes as they run down the final finishing chute.
Friends, family & music welcome the athletes through the finish line. The Las Olas / A1A Triathlon is a multi-faceted event featuring 3 race distances and 3 different races (triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike).
