The Laurel Park Triathlon/Duathlon is all about being active and having fun! This non-competitive race has four events and is open to all ages and ability levels. Choose the race that's right for you!

* ADULT TRIATHLON - 200 meter swim (8 lengths), 7 mile bike, 2 mile run (8:00 AM Start)
* ADULT TRIATHLON (NO SWIM) - 7.0 mile bike, 2.0 mile run (8:00 AM Start)
* YOUTH INTERMEDIATE - 75 meter swim (3 lengths), 3 mile bike, 1 mile run (9:45 AM Start)
* YOUTH BEGINNER - 25 meter swim (1 length), 0.75 mile bike, 0.5 mile run (9:45 AM Start)*

*To keep our youngest triathletes safe, we'd like them to have a "buddy" on the bike and run (optional) course - someone who knows the rules of the road. We'll have volunteers available as well. You can also swim with your athlete. We want them to have a great experience.



SHIRTS ARE AVAILABLE WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. Available sizes will display during online registration.



Online registration closes Thursday, September 12.



PACKET PICKUP and IN-PERSON REGISTRATION will be Saturday, September 14 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM at the Laurel Park pool. There will be a $5.00 PRICE INCREASE for all events for in-person registration.



Packet pickup will also be available 45 minutes prior to each race. There will be NO same day registration.



Teams are welcome! Each entry includes one shirt - extra shirts are $20 each. Use the Shirt Only registration option to order additional shirts.



This event will be held in the Laurel Park community.
