Organiser's Description
Perfect for aspiring beginners and seasoned racers, these clinics will help you dial in the fundamentals of your stroke, making every future training session that much more effective. It is not necessary to attend all clinics to benefit or make progress.
Prior to the first pool clinic, participants should have basic swim skills, and able to complete 25 yards without stopping, assistance or the use of gear. We recommend that participants are able to complete a swim session of at least 500 total yards upon arrival to the clinic.
The pool swim clinics will be held at the Green Meadow Country Club in Alcoa, TN. The focus will be on improving swim technique in a controlled pool environment. Swimmers will leave with improved breathing, balance, timing and propulsion skills.

Two Open Water swim clinics will be held (May 8 & June 19) in Lenoir City, TN and Knoxville, TN. All participants should be able to comfortably tread water for at least one minute prior to attending these sessions.
