Organiser's Description
Celebrate Oktoberfest with us by running or walking the Lederhosen 5K. This course starts and finishes near Fanny Bridge in Tahoe City. It features an out-and-back course on a class 1 (10′ wide) paved trail along the Truckee River.
Registration includes beer tickets and a commemorative Oktoberfest beer glass. Participants can start with the run/walk and then stay for the festivities to celebrate Oktoberfest.
Remember to wear your Lederhosen or Dirndl—they are NOT REQUIRED—as we will award the best costumes. Don’t have any authentic Bavarian clothing? That’s OK; there is plenty available online.
