Enjoy this chilly run through Centennial Park in Lemont for the 17th annual Frigid 5K at the Lemont Park District! The Frigid 5k will take place "Snow or Shine".
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN UNTIL 7:30AM ON RACE DAY.
***Register by 11/19 to be guaranteed a hoodie.***
*Registration after 11/19 is $55 and does not guarantee a hoodie.*
*Race day registration is $65 and does not guarantee a hoodie. A limited number of hoodies will be available on Race Day morning on a first come first serve basis. Sizes may also be limited*

Race Start Time 8:00am. The CORE will open at 6:45am. Runners are welcome to wait in the CORE gym prior to the race start.
Race Day Packet pick up 6:45-7:45am at The CORE Fitness and Aquatic Complex, 16050 127th Street in Lemont IL.
No pets or strollers. All runners must be able to complete the 5K in 1 hour or less
