September is National Suicide Prevention Month. A month where we remember those lost and look with hope towards a brighter future. Let The Light In" is an annual 5K and family event in September. Through this event, we aim to unite with the millions of individuals around the world for National Suicide Prevention Month. "Let The Light In" will foster support, resilience, and hope for those affected by suicide; and push back the dark and advocate for and speak out about suicide prevention methods.



Let The Light In is a family-friendly, evening event. Bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs and enjoy BBQ and live music from local musicians. The kiddos can play on blow-ups and you can compete as a family with different yard games. Stroll through booths by different vendors, and make a pit stop at a dessert or drink food truck, and find cool mental-health-merch at our support store booth! Our center will be open for behind-the-scenes tours led by our Director!



Let The Light In 5K will be a wonderful run through the best of central Florida. Run aside pine tree forests and under beautiful oak trees. But more importantly, run for a purpose. The first 10 finishers will receive a special "LTLI" Medal! All participants will get a "LTLI 2025" 5K shirt and victory snacks! If you don't want to go all that distance, walk or run in our 1-Mile Fun-Run!
