Libertyville Running Club Summer Track Workouts

Organiser's Description
Libertyville Running Club is excited to bring back the summer track workouts we hosted from 2014 - 2019! If you are new to the program, rest assured that ALL are welcome regardless of age, pace, ability. Workouts will be tailored to accomodate beginners through advanced.
The 10 weekly workouts will build endurance and speed over the summer and incorporate proper technique and running form along with warm up and cool down drills. These workouts are coached by Mike Brunette, founder of LRC, high school track & field coach, and accomplished runner. Below are the dates and times we will meet:
- *6/3 @ 6AM - 7:30AM
- 6/10 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 6/17 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 6/24 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 7/1 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 7/8 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 7/15 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- 7/22 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
- *7/29 @ 6AM - 7:30AM
- 8/5 @ 6:30PM - 8:00PM
_* Due to athletics scheduling conflicts, we will host our workout in the morning instead of evening on these days_
In addition to the workouts, each participant will receive a new LRC shirt available only for this program, Gatorade and water at the workouts, and of course, watermelon and wings! It's an LRC thing.
