The race kicks off at 9 AM, offering runners and walkers the chance to enjoy a picturesque course that loops around the scenic peninsula near the lake's marina. Participants can choose between a 5K, completing one loop, or a 10K, which consists of two loops.
This exciting event not only promotes health and fitness but also supports a noble cause, as proceeds will go towards purchasing locator devices for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, and Down syndrome through Project Lifesaver. With registration starting at just $20 for pre-registered participants and $25 on race day, you’ll also receive a guaranteed t-shirt if you sign up before November 29th. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as top finishers in each age group.
