The Twelfth Annual LifeSong Dash 5K will be held June 8, 2024, returning to Halfmoon Town Park in Clifton Park. The LifeSong Dash is the main fundraiser for LifeSong, Inc., a community-based program offering Day Habilitation and Supported Employment services to nearly 200 individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The LifeSong Dash has been called a "Diamond in the Rough" road race, incorporating rugged county roads and lengthy park straightaways to create a unique, challenging race course for veteran competitors and novice runners alike. "Dash Day" also features a Kids' Run around the Town Park, plus several family fun events - live music, face painting, games, food trucks, an ice cream social, and much more! All race entrants receive a custom bib, a 2024 Dash T-shirt, and other free prizes.
