Light the Way 5K

Get ready to light up your running shoes at the Light the Way 5K in Natchitoches on Sunday, November 24, 2024! This enchanting night-time race promises a unique experience as participants navigate a beautifully illuminated course adorned with the famous Natchitoches Christmas lights. The route kicks off in front of the picturesque riverbank stage, making its way past Santa Clause Lane, and winding through the festive streets of Natchitoches.

Whether you're looking to participate in the Fun Run or challenge yourself with the full 5K, there's something for everyone. The Fun Run covers one lap of the scenic course, while the 5K consists of three laps for a total distance of 3.1 miles. The race day excitement begins at 3:30 PM with registration and packet pick-up, followed by a warm-up session leading up to the Fun Run at 5:30 PM and the 5K race starting shortly after at 5:45 PM.
