The Mind Space Running Series is a three-race journey built around one mission: running for our mental health.
Each race represents a different part of the mental health journey. We begin by slowing down and making space to breathe. Then, we face the thoughts, fears, and challenges within our minds. Finally, we end by remembering that even through uncertainty, there is always light to be found.
