Get ready for a day of fun and excitement at the Little Elm Polar 5K Run & Plunge on Saturday, January 3, 2026! Taking place in the beautiful Little Elm Park in Denton, this festive event invites participants to RUN, PLUNGE, and enjoy delicious cocoa and donuts. The day kicks off with a 1K Fun Run starting at 9:00 AM, followed by the timed 5K race at 9:20 AM, where awards will be handed out to overall winners, masters, grand masters, and age group champions at 10:15 AM.
But the fun doesn't stop there! The eagerly anticipated Polar Plunge will commence at 10:30 AM, encouraging brave participants to take the plunge into chilly waters for a chance to win prizes for the Best Costume, Youngest Plunger, and Oldest Plunger. All runners and plungers will receive a stylish t-shirt, a finisher medal, and, of course, plenty of hot cocoa and donuts to warm up after the festivities.
