Join LNRC at 8:30 AM on Thanksgiving morning for a free community fun run in Little Neck! The Turkey Trot and Gobble Wobble are free, family-friendly events open to runners and walkers of all ages. There will be a 5k and 1 mile route that stays on the Little Neck Road path, but roads will not be closed.
This isn't a race - it's a chance to celebrate fitness, friendship, and gratitude before the big feast. Well start and finish at the Little Neck Swim and Racquet Club, following our usual run club-style format with plenty of good vibes and holiday cheer.
Safety Reminder
Please remember that roads will not be closed for this event. Both the 5K and 1-mile routes stay on the Little Neck Road path, but please be alert to traffic, especially when crossing streets. This is a fun run, not a race all about fitness, friendship, and gratitude before the big feast!
Donation Update
This year, were collecting new or gently used sweatshirts and sweatpants for the Virginia Beach Housing Resource Center, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Thank you for helping us spread warmth this holiday season!
Donations can be dropped off on Wednesday, November 26th from 35 PM at the Little Neck Swim and Racquet Club, or on race morning prior to 8:15 AM.
