The 11th Annual Little Warriors Triathlon will be held at a brand new location with the swim at the YMCA pool and the bike and run on a closed course on the FTCC campus.

Kids will compete based upon their age group with graduated distances listed below. Please register your child using their age on race day.

6-8 years old:
25 yard swim
1 mile bike
500 yard run

9-11 years old:
50 yard swim
3 mile bike
1 mile run

12-14 years old:
100 yard swim
5 mile bike
1 mile run

_ASSISTED ATHLETES (REGARDLESS OF AGE) WILL COMPLETE THE 6-8 YEAR OLD COURSE DISTANCES. ALL ASSISTED ATHLETES ARE REQUIRE TO HAVE A GUIDE WITH THEM THROUGHOUT THE COURSE (ANY AGE). ALL GUIDES MUST REGISTER._

All participants will receive a race swim cap, race bib, finishers medal, post race snacks and hydration and each will be eligible for age group awards. The swim portion will take place in a pool with lifeguards available to assist. Participants will be allowed to wear arm shimmies or utilize a noodle if they like. Participants will exit the pool and make their way into transition where they will mount their bikes and head out onto a one mile loop flat bike course. Once they complete their bike ride, participants will make their way back into transition to put their bikes up and pull on running shoes so they can head out on a flat run course before they run through the finish line arch in victory!!
