The festivities kick off at 6:15 PM at the Stadium Concourse, where attendees can share memories of Josh and learn more about CVS. The 5K race starts at 6:30 PM, taking participants on a scenic route around the athletic complex, showcasing the stadium, the iconic wolf statue, and various athletic fields. Families are encouraged to bring their children aged 10 and under to participate in the fun Touchdown Dash for Josh, and there’s also a 1.1-mile walk option for those who prefer a leisurely pace.
Sign up individually or gather a team to compete for the prize for most participants! With awards for various age categories and a post-race celebration featuring pizza, this event promises to be a memorable evening for all. Can't make it in person? No worries—virtual participation is available! Come together to celebrate, support a great cause, and have fun in honor of Josh!

Organiser's Description
The Josh Waldrep Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) started to honor Josh and raise awareness about the condition Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, (CVS). The Foundation is proud to sponsor scholarships to the University of West Georgia, Carrollton High School, and donations towards finding a cure for CVS.
The Live Like Josh event is ready to host 2025 with a 5K hosted on the University of West Georgia Athletic complex. Join us at 6:15pm at the Stadium Concourse to hear memories of Josh and know more about CVS. We will start the 5K from the Athletic Operations Building parking lot at 6:30pm. The 5K will travel around the Athletic complex and showcase the stadium, the wolf statue and several other athletic fields.
This year we are adding more fun to the evening. To kick off the fun we invite families to bring their children 10 and under to participate in the Touchdown Dash for Josh. Then the 1.1 mile walk option is for participants to enjoy that will also start the same time as the 5K.

Children 10 and under will register to run on the University of West Georgia Wolves football field from one endzone to the other and back. Parents are welcome to run with their young child with no additional registration.
