Loteria 5K Run/Walk & Virtual Option

Cafecito Caliente will continue the third leg of the 2023 Running La Vida Loca 5k Series with the 3nd Annual Loteria 5k Walk/Run in Downtown Lansing, Michigan.
Upon completing the course, runners can partake in having pan dulce (sweet Mexican bread), and water!
100% of the proceeds will go to the Footprints of Michigan whose mission is to empower those who are in need by providing warmth and dignity with footwear. Can't make it out? We have a Virtual Run/Walk that you can do in the comfort of your State, city, backyard, treadmill or map out a pathway to your favorite place for tacos! Maybe you just would like to donate? We will take care of any fees so that 100% of your donations go to Footprints of Michigan! Every dollar counts!
Cost: Register by August 2, 2023: $30 customized Loteria medal and shirt are guaranteed.Register After August 2, 2023: $30 customized Loteria medal is guaranteed, and shirt will be offered as supplies last. We do order a few extras. 
Virtual 5k Race: $30.00 Register by August 2, 2023. Customized medal and shirt guaranteed. 
Run as a family group and save! - Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $5 per participant (Not available with the Virtual Race).
Packet pickup will be Friday, August 11, 2023, at the Arctic Corner Ice Cream Shop in Lansing's Old Town from 4pm to 7:00pm as well as in the morning of the race starting at 8:00 am.
Awards: Award to overall male and female will receive $50.00 Gift Certificate to your favorite Mexican or Cuban restaurant in the Lansing area! 2nd, 3rd and 4th place overall for males and females will receive $25.00 gift certificates to their favorite Mexican or Cuban restaurant in the Lansing area!
Parking:
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live during the race and on this website.
