Event summary
Each race promises a unique and energetic experience, featuring age-appropriate distances with a 50-yard swim and 0.65-mile run for ages 6-8, a 100-yard swim and 1.3-mile run for ages 9-11, and a 150-yard swim with a 1.95-mile run for ages 12-14. In case of inclement weather, the running portion will seamlessly transition indoors to the running track, ensuring a fun-filled day regardless of the elements! Participants can register for individual races or the entire series, with the chance to earn points toward becoming the Series Champion. Organiser's Description
Get ready for a fun, energetic winter racing experience! Each event features an indoor swim in the Louisville Rec Center pool, followed by a run on the outdoor trail. In the case of bad weather, the run will move indoors to the running track.
This series is open to kids ages 614.
Register for a single race or sign up for the full series. Athletes who complete all races will earn points toward becoming the Series Champion.
Age Groups & Distances
68 yrs: 50-yard swim / 0.65-mile run
911 yrs: 100-yard swim / 1.3-mile run
1214 yrs: 150-yard swim / 1.95-mile run
_*Age is determined by the childs age on December 31, 2026._
This race is sanctioned by USA TRIATHLON, which means all participants must have a current annual USAT membership. If you dont already have one, you will be prompted to purchase it during registration for $10. The membership is valid for 12 months and only needs to be purchased once per year and can be used at any USA Triathlon sanctioned race during that 12 month period.
