Event summary
Participants can choose to compete in individual races or sign up for the full series, earning points toward the coveted title of Series Champion. The race distances are tailored for different age groups: 6-8 years will tackle a 50-yard swim and a 0.65-mile run, 9-11 years will complete a 100-yard swim and a 1.3-mile run, and 12-14 years will take on a 150-yard swim and a 1.95-mile run. With all races sanctioned by USA Triathlon, this is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to showcase their skills and enjoy a day of healthy competition. Organiser's Description
Get ready for a fun, energetic winter racing experience! Each event features an indoor swim in the Louisville Rec Center pool, followed by a run on the outdoor trail. In the case of bad weather, the run will move indoors to the running track.
This series is open to kids ages 614.
Register for a single race or sign up for the full series. Athletes who complete all races will earn points toward becoming the Series Champion.
Age Groups & Distances
68 yrs: 50-yard swim / 0.65-mile run
911 yrs: 100-yard swim / 1.3-mile run
1214 yrs: 150-yard swim / 1.95-mile run
_*Age is determined by the childs age on December 31, 2026._
This race is sanctioned by USA TRIATHLON, which means all participants must have a current annual USAT membership. If you dont already have one, you will be prompted to purchase it during registration for $10. The membership is valid for 12 months and only needs to be purchased once per year and can be used at any USA Triathlon sanctioned race during that 12 month period.
