Mental health is a serious and often overlooked issue that impacts countless individuals and communities. Our goal for this event is not only to educate but also to bring hope, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health struggles, and foster a sense of healing. Through a physically engaging yet enjoyable walk/run, we aim to create an inclusive space where participants can reflect on the importance of mental well-being while also engaging in self-care and physical activity.
As LAUREN FOGEL MERSY so beautifully said, BEING able to be your true self is one of the strongest components of good mental health. This event is designed to encourage individuals to embrace their authentic selves, find strength in vulnerability, and prioritize their mental health. Whether you're walking, running, or simply supporting the cause, your participation will contribute to a greater awareness and understanding of the mental health challenges many face.
