Organiser's Description
Walk or run to find your pot of gold 650 feet underground at Strataca. Runners are invited to wear their best St.Patty's Day attire for a chance to win our best dressed!
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A HELMET AND BRING A LIGHT. We recommend a bike helmet. Helmets will be subject to approval by staff. Every participant will receive a Tee shirt and Bib. The first 150 runners to sign up will be guaranteed a medal. Runners will need to sign up by March 3rd to guarantee a shirt. No one may enter under 8, 8-18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please select a heat you want to run in. Heats are limited to the first 28 participates to sign up. If you sign up for a late heat and we experience some empty heats ahead of you, you will be moved up to an earlier heat and notified via email before race day. You will have the opportunity to time yourself by using clocks at the start and finish.
You may run or walk this event. If you choose to walk please select a heat earlier in the day.
You will need to be at the race site 15 minutes before your selected time to pickup your race packet. If you are late you may forfeit your race time and have to wait until the end of the day to run.
This race is a fundraiser for the Reno County Historical Society comprised of the Reno County Museum and Strataca: Kansas Underground Salt Museum. Processing fees and taxes applied to purchase. Taxes and Fees are added to ticket cost. Purchase is final no refunds.
