Costumes are encouraged (but optional), so come dressed in your spookiest, silliest, or most creative outfit! Keep an eye out for the mysterious orange pumpkin runner along the courseif you spot them, ask for a Halloween candy bag! Youll want one, because when you cross the finish line, the Wicked Witch will be waiting with her cauldron full of candy, and you can fill your bag with as many sweet treats as you can carry!
