Hamilton Mighty Miler is 1 Event with 3 Races. In addition to the 1.5 mile Run/Walk you can also complete our Mini or Mighty Murph!

Race #1: The Mighty Miler 1.5 mi untimed friendly run/walk Race #2: The Mighty Murph, 1 mi run 100 push ups 200 sit ups 300 squats Additional 1 mi run Race #3: The Mini Murph 1 mi run 50 pushups 50 sit ups 50 squats Additional 1 mi run We will have staggered starts, those completing the Murph Races will begin first.
