Get ready for an exhilarating day of fitness and fun at the Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in beautiful Bowling Green, KY! Kicking off at 8:00 AM, this exciting event welcomes runners of all levels to tackle the scenic gravel courses that feature a mix of out-and-back routes. Participants can choose from three thrilling distances: the 5K, which includes two loops of 1.56 miles, the 10K, with four loops, or the challenging 13.1-mile Half Marathon, completing six loops of 2.18 miles.
With a generous time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes, there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow runners while striving for personal bests. All finishers will receive a special medal to commemorate their accomplishment. Join the fun, embrace the challenge, and make unforgettable memories in Bowling Green this May! Don’t forget to register in advance, as on-site registration will not be available.
