Registration is just $30 online until March 22nd, with day-of registration available for $40. Don’t forget to pick up your race packet on March 28th or on race day morning! Please join us in memory of Chad D. Sprankle, a Hanover local who was diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) in the summer of 2021 and sadly passed away from this horrific disease in May of last year. Our prior events were a total success putting our overall fundraising total to just over $50,000! With that said, we are excited to dive into our fourth and final MSA 5K event!
Multiple System Atrophy is an extremely rare degenerative neurological disorder affecting the body's involuntary/autonomic functions including blood pressure, breathing, bladder function, and motor control. The disease progresses rapidly and there currently is no cure. In order to raise awareness of MSA and to fundraise for the MSA Coalition, we are planning to hold our fourth annual 5K event on Saturday, March 29th at 9:00 a.m. March is Multiple System Atrophy Awareness month, so what better time to put our efforts together!
Profits from the race will directly benefit MSA Caregivers and Mission MSA, which funds research and provides support for patients with MSA globally.
