For families and beginners, the One Mile Fun Run kicks off at 7:25 AM, making it the perfect way to experience the thrill of race day.
In addition to the in-person races, participants also have the option to join virtually, allowing you to run your chosen distance at your own pace and share your achievements online. Everyone will receive a custom race shirt, a finisher's medal, and a race bib, creating unforgettable memories while supporting mental health initiatives. Mental Health for Heroes 10K
( STARTS AT 7:00AM) A COMPETITIVE RUN OPEN TO ALL AGES, TIMING CHIPS ARE ATTACHED TO THE RACE BIBS, RESULTS ARE RECORDED WHEN YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE. AWARDS ARE BASED ON SPECIFIC AGE GROUPS.
Mental Health for Heroes 5K
TIMED 5K:(Starts at 7:15AM) A competitive run open to all ages, timing chips are attached to the race bibs, results are recorded when you cross the finish line. Awards are based on specific age groups.
UNTIMED 5K: (STARTS AT 7:20AM) THIS IS FOR THOSE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR OFFICIAL TIME BUT WANT TO PARTICIPANT IN THE 3.1-MILE DISTANCE.
ONE MILE FUN RUN (STARTS 7:25AM) THIS NON-COMPETITIVE RUN IS PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS, YOUNG FAMILIES, OR OTHERS WHO WANT TO EXPERIENCE THE EXCITEMENT OF RACE DAY WITHOUT THE PRESSURE OF A TIMED RACE.
VIRTUAL OPTION:
Can't make the event then join us virtually. Do the 5K, 10K at your own pace and time. Post your results on our Mental Health for Heroes website and pictures on the Facebook page. Each virtual runner will receive a race shirt, finisher's medal, and race bib. Packages will be sent out right after or before March 22nd. (We shipped to addresses in the continental US)
