Join the Move Fast Run Club [https://strava.app.link/ulU1vBxYASb] this month for a powerful virtual challenge that brings awareness to mental health. Were running 46 miles in 30 daysone mile for each percentage point representing the 46% of Americans who will experience a diagnosable mental illness in their lifetime. Together, were breaking the stigma and showing that its okay to talk about mental health.
This is more than just a run; its a movement. By participating, youre helping to raise awareness, support those affected by mental health struggles, and take a stand against the silence and shame often surrounding mental health challenges. Whether youre an experienced runner or just starting out, each mile you complete helps spark important conversations and show that we are all in this together.
