Were running 46 miles in 30 daysone mile for each percentage point representing the 46% of Americans who will experience a diagnosable mental illness in their lifetime. Together, were breaking the stigma and showing that its okay to talk about mental health.
This is more than just a run; its a movement. By participating, youre helping to raise awareness, support those affected by mental health struggles, and take a stand against the silence and shame often surrounding mental health challenges.
