Mid Hudson Road Runner's Club Annual Turkey Trot

IMPORTANT NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF REGISTRATION THIS YEAR. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE BEFORE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH @ 11:59 PM.

Join the Mid Hudson Road Runner's Club at the annual family-friendly tradition on Thanksgiving Day at Arlington High School.

RACES:
* Kids 1 Mile Run/Walk at 8:45am (Kids 12 and under only please; free with pre-registration)
* 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:30am
* Joe Maggi 5 Mile Run/Walk at 9:15am
* Bob Rother Memorial 25K at 8:30am
- 3:30 hour time limit. Course support will end at Noon or whenever the last finisher is done, whichever occurs first.

PRICE INCREASE ON ALL RACES (EXCEPT KIDS 1 MILE) ON NOVEMBER 15TH.

Mid-Hudson Road Runners Club Members receive $5 off if pre-registered.

REFUNDS, BIB TRANSFERS, RACE SWAPS ETC.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including weather. Please do not register until you are certain that you plan to participate. Bib transfers will not be allowed. All race participants must have a bib (aside from parents accompanying small children during the kid's run), do not allow friends & family to run without a race bib.

Selling your entry, or running the race under someone else's entry will result in disqualification from this years race and exclusion from future events. Switching between races (i.e. moving from the 25K to the 5 Mile) is allowed (assuming there is still space) however you will be required to pay any cost differences if applicable and no refunds will be given for switching to a less expensive race. RESTRICTIONS:
We are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, roller blades, baby strollers and dogs at these events. The use of headphones is strongly discouraged.

PRE-RACE COMMUNICATION:

AWARDS:
All kids will receive a ribbon upon completing their race. Overall and age group awards in the following categories (4 & Under, 5 to 7, 8 to 10, 11 to 12)
Overall and age group awards in 10 year age categories for the 5m. Overall / 18 & Under / 19 to 29 / 30 to 39 / 40 to 49 / 50 to 59 / 60 to 69 / 70 & Over
Top 3 M/F for the 25k

BIB PICKUP INFORMATION

You may choose to pick your bib up Thanksgiving morning (time TBD) at Arlington High School or at one of the following locations prior to race day.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 26TH, 3:00 - 7:00 PM: Angels of Light located at 28 Front Street, Millbrook, NY 12545

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH, 3:00 - 7:00 PM: Empire Performance PT WAPPINGERS LOCATION, located at 985 NY-376, Suite 21, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590
