Join the excitement of the Mighty Fall Duathlon & Time Trial in East Islip, Suffolk, set to take place on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Unfortunately, the 2024 event has been cancelled due to a scheduling conflict with the Suffolk County Marathon. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage participants to mark their calendars for the upcoming SPRING Duathlon on May 11, 2025.

The Mighty Fall Duathlon has been a beloved staple in the multi-sport community for over 20 years, offering participants an exhilarating way to cap off their racing season. The event features a flat, three-lap bike course perfect for various bike types, including road, time trial, mountain, and hybrid bikes (please note that tandem and recumbent bikes are not permitted). The Time Trial spans 10.5 miles over three loops, while the Kids Time Trial includes one loop of 3.5 miles. While we won't be racing in the fall, we look forward to welcoming you back in the spring for more thrilling competition and camaraderie!
