Miles for Migraine will host its 10th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Arizona event on SATURDAY, MARCH 13TH AT KIWANIS PARK IN TEMPE. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than a walk/run - come connect with your local migraine & headache community, listen to our speakers & visit sponsors in the festival area.
The Walk and the Relax events are FREE, and donations are encouraged. The timed 5K run has a small registration fee. ALL WALK AND RUN FINISHERS WILL RECEIVE A FINISHER MEDAL. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize!

Relax with us (FREE) Come be a part of the live event even if you'd rather not run or walk. Listen to our pre-event speakers, visit our sponsors in the festival area, cheer for the finishers and chat with other people living with migraine and headache disease. We have a Relax tent where you can have a seat and/or do some coloring. This option does not permit you to walk or run on the event course. -

Not able to join us in person? Select an activity that makes you happy and represents intentional movement or relaxation. Some examples include walking, biking, hiking, yoga, tai chi, skating, swimming, rollerblading or spinning. Be creative and be sure to take a selfie to show us what you choose to do! There will be an additional $11 shipping and handling charge added prior to checkout. The shipment will include your participant shirt, an event bib, a finisher medal too!
