Miles for Migraine will host its 7th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Colorado event on Saturday August 15th at Great Lawn Park in Denver. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than a walk/run - come connect with your local migraine & headache community, listen to our speakers & visit sponsors in the festival area.
The 5K run is professionally timed. The Walk and the Relax events are free, but donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize!
Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services as well as the University of Colorado Headache Center and Children's Colorado Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.

Relax With Us

Relax with us (FREE) Come be a part of the live event even if you'd rather not run or walk. Listen to our pre-event speakers, visit our sponsors in the festival area, cheer for the finishers and chat with other people living with migraine and headache disease. We have a Relax tent where you can have a seat and/or do some coloring. This option does not permit you to walk or run on the event course. -

Not able to join us in person? Select an activity that makes you happy and represents intentional movement or relaxation. Some examples include walking, biking, hiking, yoga, tai chi, skating, swimming, rollerblading or spinning. Be creative and be sure to take a selfie to show us what you choose to do! Have your swag bag mailed to you for an additional charge. It will have your participant shirt, an event bib, a finisher medal too!
