Miles for Migraine will host its 9th annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run and Relax Los Angeles event on Saturday November 21st at Woodley Park. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research. It's more than a walk/run - come connect with your local migraine & headache community, listen to our speakers & visit sponsors in the festival area.
The 5K run is professionally timed. The Walk and the Relax events are free, but donations are encouraged. All walk and run finishers receive a finisher medal. Dress up in your best purple flair for a chance at a fun prize!
Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services as well as the Keck Medicine of USC Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.

Relax with us (FREE) Come be a part of the live event even if you'd rather not run or walk. Listen to our pre-event speakers, visit our sponsors in the festival area, cheer for the finishers and chat with other people living with migraine and headache disease. We have a Relax tent where you can have a seat and/or do some coloring. This option does not permit you to walk or run on the event course. -

Some examples include walking, biking, hiking, yoga, tai chi, skating, swimming, rollerblading or spinning. Be creative and be sure to take a selfie to show us what you choose to do! Have your swag bag mailed to you for an additional charge. It will have your participant shirt, an event bib, a finisher medal too!
