MILES FOR MIRACLES 5K RUN/WALK
SUPPORTING PREMATURE BABIES AND THEIR FAMILIES

Lace up your shoes and join us for the Miles for Miracles 5K, a heartfelt run/walk dedicated to giving premature babies the strongest start possible. Every mile you complete helps provide life-saving care, support, and hope to the tiniest and most vulnerable fighters.

Whether youre a runner, a walker, a PREEMIE or NICU parent, or a supporter of miracle babies, this event welcomes all who believe in the power of community and compassion.

BACK STORY BEHIND THE RACE

ON APRIL 24, 2015, ELI WAS BORN AT 23 WEEKS 6 DAYS WEIGHING 1LB 3OZ. WITH HIM BEING BORN EARLY HIS LUNGS WERE VERY UNDERDEVELOPED. HE SPENT 5 MONTHS IN THE NICU. THIS PREEMIE JOURNEY WAS VERY CHALLENGING AND CRITICAL. IT AFFECTED ME EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, FINANCIALLY, PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY. I STRUGGLED WITH HAVING TO MAKE CHOICES ABOUT EATING OR PUTTING GAS IN MY CAR TO TRAVEL BACK AND FORTH TO THE NICU. ELI SUCCUMBED TO HIS COMPLICATIONS OF HIS LUNGS BEING UNDERDEVELOPED. WITH THE LOSS OF ELI AND MY EXPERIENCE DURING THE 5-MONTH JOURNEY, TO HONOR ELI, WE STARTED THIS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO ASSIST THE FAMILIES OF PREMATURE BABIES. SERVICES PROVIDED IS TO LIFT SOME OF THE BURDENS THEY MAY FACE ALONG THIS CHALLENGING JOURNEY

WHY WE RUN:
Premature birth affects 1 in 10 babies, and many spend their first days, weeks, or even months in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Funds raised from Miles for Miracles go directly to family support programs such as care packages, counseling, Travel & Food assistance, and Maternal & Mental health educational summits. Which ultimately helps improves health outcomes for parents and preemies.

* Early Registration Price- (through Sept 4, 2025): $35 (includes a guaranteed shirt)
* Late Registration Price- (Sept. 5-Oct 4, 2025): $35 (shirt not guaranteed)
* Day of Race Price- $40 (shirt not guaranteed)
* Virtual Registration (ends September 4, 2025): $40
