Join us in May for Mindful Miles, a 10K, 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk dedicated to supporting Mental Health Awareness Month. This event is more than just a race its a movement to bring our community together, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and remind one another that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
Whether you run or walk, every step you take helps spark important conversations, foster understanding, and promote emotional well-being in Caroline County and our surrounding area. Together, we can create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and encouraged to seek help when they need it most.
