This dynamic six-week training program is designed specifically for kids in grades K-8, setting them up for success as they prepare for an exhilarating 5K fun run. Throughout the program, participants will focus on the three crucial pillars of Community, Fitness, and Perseverance, helping them develop essential skills while fostering a strong sense of camaraderie.

Kids will engage in twice-a-week lessons from October 7th to November 11th, culminating in an unforgettable fun run on November 20th, with the final celebration at Sandburg Elementary on November 21st.
