While registration is now closed due to overwhelming demand, there are still opportunities to contribute by volunteering or donating. We are blown away by the amazing response and support for this year's MH5K! The MH5K 2026 has reached its maximum capacity for this year, and we cannot accommodate additional registrations. If you want to support us, there's still time to volunteer or to donate. And, good news.... we will soon be working on next year's MH5K. Stay tuned!!

Please note that for safety reasons, pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the 5K course. Jogging strollers and race wheelchairs / Duos are permitted.
