Run Paddle Run is a fast-paced, multi-discipline race in Montgomery Whitewaters Adventure Race Series. The course features a 1.5-mile run, a 2,200-foot creek-channel paddle in inflatable kayaks_ (duckies)_, and finishes with another 1.5-mile run back to the raft barn. Montgomery Whitewater provides all paddling equipment, including helmet, PFD, ducky, and paddle _(no personal kayaks permitted)_.

* Ages 12+
* TOTAL RUN DISTANCE: 3 miles _(two 1.5-mile segments)_
* PADDLE DISTANCE: 2,200 feet
* TRANSITION AREA: Raft Barn
* EQUIPMENT PROVIDED: Helmet, PFD, ducky, and paddle _(MW duckies only)_
* AWARDS: Medal for the top 3 female and male finishers
* TIMING: This is not a chipped or officially timed race
