Organiser's Description

MONTHLY SUNDAY TRAIL GROUP RUNS are brought to you by TRIANGLE RUN SMART TRAINING, PRESENTED BY PACE YOURSELF RUN COMPANY AND THE RUNNING PTS.

Interested in EXPLORING TRAILS? Join us for our monthly Sunday trail group! You can run OR hike the trails. There'll be a different local trail to explore each month of 2024! Let our coaches lead the way and help you get comfortable on single track trails. Our area has an abundance of trail options that are exciting to explore year-round!

The Sunday trail group runs will be held 8:00-10:00am on the 1st Sunday of each month, (exception when it falls on a holiday - it'll then be the 2nd Sunday of the month). Location will vary weekly with lots of local trails (within an hour's drive or less). Coach will lead everyone through a dynamic warm-up, take attendance (before & after for safety), talk through the route & run directions, and be out on the route during the run. Supported run is 2 hours. Hydration & post-run snacks will be provided, but be sure to bring your own hydration holders and any additional run fueling you may need on the route.

COST OF THE CLASS IS $35 FOR 6 MONTHS. DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS: 6/30/24.

COST INCLUDES: 1 coach-led group run (including warm-ups) per month, email access to the coach throughout your registered plan period, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), monthly email with trail run route, and hydration & post-run snacks at each run.

COACH KELLY SVIHOVEC will lead most of these runs with other TRS coaches filling in at times.
