This exciting event invites runners of all levels to enjoy a scenic 5K course that starts at MudHen Brewing Company, taking you down Rio Grande and across the iconic boardwalk before heading back to the finish line. Participants can expect timed race results and plenty of hydration options, including refreshing water, zero-sugar hydration from LMNT, and a complimentary MudHen beer for those 21 and older to celebrate their achievement.
But the fun doesn't stop there! After crossing the finish line, join fellow participants for a vibrant post-race celebration in the MudHen parking lot, complete with music, a runner's breakfast, and the chance to win fantastic prizes, including IPA 5K medals. Don't forget to bring the whole family along for the inaugural Little Hen Mile, designed for kids aged 12 and under, kicking off at 10:00 AM following the awards ceremony. RUN THE RACE
Enjoy a scenic 5K course through Wildwood beginning at MudHen Brewing Company, traveling down Rio Grande, across the boardwalk and back! Timed Race Results provided via Race Sign up for all participants. Stay hydrated with water & zero sugar hydration provided by LMNT and a MudHen Beer (21+) to fuel your race to the finish line.
CELEBRATE WITH US
After crossing the finish line, join us in the MudHen parking lot to toast your victory! Enjoy a cold beer, music, runner's breakfast of lite fare, and plenty of post-race fun. Included in registration, every runner gets a complimentary beer (21+) and a t-shirt for all their hard work! The perfect way to shake off the stress, earn your drink, and make memories thatll last longer than your post-race hangover.

As stated, all participants ages 21+ receive a MudHen beer token to be redeemed inside the restaurant or at our beer trailer (only valid April 24-26).
