Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 5th anniversary of the Navesink 4-Mile Run on Saturday, July 26, 2025! Taking place in the beautiful Middletown Township, Monmouth, this exciting event features a scenic 4-mile run starting at 8:30 AM, as well as a 2-mile walk that kicks off at 8:35 AM. Runners will enjoy a picturesque course along Cooper Road, complete with rolling hills and charming horse farms, ensuring a delightful experience for all participants.
Don’t miss out on the limited-edition tie-dye shirts for the first 400 registrants, along with a shirt for every runner and the chance to win a random prize! T-shirt and bib pick-up will be held at Bodman Park on Friday evening and Saturday morning. After the race, join in the fun at Birdsmouth Brewing in Oceanport for a fantastic post-race party! This year, there’s also the opportunity to create or join a team, making it a perfect event for friends and family to enjoy together.
