New Years Day 5K & Half Marathon-Shreveport

Its never too early to start thinking ahead!  
Were starting 2024 the only way we know how, with a race!  After you ring in the New Year, take a nap then come out, and join us and RUN (or walk) into the New Year!  Were putting on the #NYD5K or #NYD5KHALFMARATHON. 
We thought it would be appropriate to kiss 2023 goodbye, and are offering the NYD5K and #NYDHALFMARATHON for just $24!  Well have the same great course, music an awesome Finisher Medal!  Make sure youre registered, as well only be offering Finisher Medals for the first 250 participants (we ran out last year!).  Well have shirts as an additional purchase for $25 ($27 for half) during registration.  
If youre not ready to be out about, join us for the virtual 5K, OR virtual Half Marathon we will ship you your swag (continental US only; lower 48 states)!  Virtual participants will receive a Finisher Medal and shot at awards! Purchase your commemorative NYD 2024 shirt for just $25 ($27 for half) during registration!  
Well start at 9:00 AM (8:45 for the Half Marathon) at the Shreveport Dog Park on Stoner Ave.  Well have a great flat course, Finisher Medals, and awards in the following categories:  Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Masters M/F, Top 3 Grand Masters M/F, Top 3 Senior Masters M/F, Top 3 in all the usual 5 year Age Groups 10 Under through 80!
