Kick off 2025 with a bang at the New Year's Resolution Run, taking place on Wednesday, January 1st, in the scenic Oakdale, Allegheny. This exciting event features a 5K race and a 1 Mile Family Fun Walk, perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Panhandle Trail, the race begins at 11 AM on a flat and fast out-and-back course, making it an ideal way to start the year strong.
Runners will have the chance to earn awards for the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as in various age categories from 19 & under to 60 & over. For those aiming for a personal best, a special award awaits anyone who can "break the new year" with a time of 20:25, assisted by a dedicated pacer. Plus, the first 150 registrants for the 5K and 1 Mile walk will receive exclusive commemorative New Year's Resolution Run running gloves. Don’t miss out on this invigorating start to the new year!

Start 2025 out right with us on the Panhandle Trail in Oakdale on New Year's Day.
Awards to the top 3 overall male and female. Male & Female in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over. Special Awards will be given to anyone that joins our pacer and "breaks the new year" with a time of 20:25. There will be a pacer to help runners break 20:24
