Join our open water training sessions for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition. No prior OW experience is necessary, but swimmers must be confident in their ability to swim a 400 meter course without assistance. ALL SWIMMERS MUST WEAR A BRIGHT COLORED SWIM CAP OR A NEW WAVE SWIM BUOY. NWSB is mandatory for anyone who has never completed a 400 yard open water loop without stopping. We generally have buoys available for sale, or to borrow.

Swims will be held every Monday evening 6-8PM. Sessions will end earlier in September due to earlier sunset.

GPS Address to the parking lot is: 240 Old Paper Mill Rd., Newark, DE 19711
From the parking lot, walk up the paved path, about 1/4 mile to the fenced in dock area. Check in with one of our staff members and enter the water via the stairs when you are ready.

Season passes are cheaper than buying single session passes.
Cost per 1 session: $15 (Late and cash payments billed at $20)
Unlimited Swims: Starting at $155 (as little as $6.50 per swim)

Time slots must be reserved for each session [https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0b4ba9a729a0f85-20233#/], but you may only do so AFTER registering. No registration = no reservation. No reservation = no swim.

All sales final. NO REFUNDS. Anyone who can't participate in a particular session may defer that session to another workout in the same season, but not to the following season or into another event.
